The spring season is here, bringing budding trees and baby birds to greet us. As the weather gets warmer, we are also sharing some exciting activities around ELM this spring and throughout the year.
The ELM suite of products centralizes data processing and communications between schools and loan providers through a single processing system and helps students find the best private student loan. With the most intuitive platform, helpful tools, and premier customer service, we're here to help you breathe easier.

Every time our teams connect with you, whether through phone calls, online meetings, or emails, at industry conferences, or through surveys, we get to know you a little more. During these interactions, we pay special attention to the information you share, how you engage with our products, and the suggestions you make.

Based on the feedback you provided over the last year, we implemented several new features, enhanced functionality, and provided timely information for our product suite. The following are some of the highlights since July 2020:
Reporting enhancements for faster, easier, and more efficient data pulls;
Increased automation functionality to apply updates to multiple loans in a single transaction;
New functionality to process an increase on a fully disbursed loan;
New functionality allowing lenders to initiate product changes in ELMSelect; and
Timely Webinars, How-To, and FAQ documents to provide the information you need when you need it!
When functionality in other systems fell short in meeting your changing needs, we ensured the ELMOne platform could. Saving you time and adjusting to your needs are always top-of-mind with us.
ELMOne Sprouted More Features!
Rather than hibernating this winter, we were hard at work developing our next round of enhancements, all to make your life easier.
New Features and Enhancements are LIVE NOW! This ELMOne release introduces a little something for everyone, including new features to help our family of users work smarter, not harder. Plus, we enhanced other functionality to streamline processes designed to save you time and we incorporated some subtle changes to the overall design.
