ELM Resources NSC Analyst 

Do you have a strong analytical background, enjoy chatting with clients and are passionate about quality of services?  If so, ELM is looking for you. 


We are looking for the next team member to join ELM’s National Service Center (NSC). The NSC Analyst position involves being a primary liaison between ELM’s clients and ELM’s internal departments and staff. This is a highly analytical position and requires an individual that can develop and maintain positive relationships internally and externally to ensure that client satisfaction with ELM’s service and products remains high. All interactions will take place via telephone, web chat and/or email communications along with providing training via phone and webinar sessions. The NSC Analyst will additionally work on project-based activities throughout the year. 


You Have The Following: 

  • Effective at grasping the complex process of student lending, researching, and analyzing client issues or trends. 

  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of student loans as it relates to ELM systems and processes in the industry in general. 

  • Solid analytical skill sets and are a natural when it comes to developing and maintaining positive relationships both externally and internally. 

  • Embrace being challenged with new projects and opportunities. 

  • Passionate about assisting and training to ensure client satisfaction. 

  • Excellent relationship development and management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and in a group. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 


Other Bonus Nice To Haves: 

  • Proficient in Windows, MS Office Software. 

  • Commonline knowledge. 

  • Bilingual (Spanish). 

  • Knowledge of School FAM / SIS Software. 

  • 3-6 years financial aid client contact experience.
